Glove Project Notes
Take a step back from the technology and think more about the system
Work more linearly.
(what does mean?)
Figure out the gestures
and how they affect the playback
What do the controls need to do?
Write pseudocode

You want your system to think, process, and speak (Crawford). Even if it happens only once, it should be a complete enough interaction that it is satisfying or sustained.
Timeliness of response and action should be focus
Be better at documenting progress; it's necessary for future jobs, opportunities, and personal growth
Improve photos and video of documentation (so no dirty nails)
Cite your sources! Follow licenses.
Documentation is part of the process of building the project
Think about presenting your project in the best possible manner
Phase 0
The Concept
come up with an idea, explore and research it in order to narrow it down create system diagram: flowchart, other graphical system to visuale the system as a whole including all the interactions and players start identifying a BOM, a Build of Materials. A list of everything needed to build the system or at least start working on your idea the BOM includes the item, the source, the cost, number; it's for prototype and 'final' product create a budget write up a timeline: important to factor in shippping time
Phase 1
research projects that are similar, find code that is similar play with the components prototype the system, the earlier the better figure out packaging
Phase 2
User testing play testing exercises write up a report based on the feedback list of changes to improve (doing this in two weeks)
Phase 3
Building redrafted plan from user/playtesting report fabricate and packaage
Phase 4
Showcase and presentation polish documentation
